Data Entry and Administrative Associate
We are a local building products distribution company seeking a detailed oriented individual to fill a full-time order entry and administrative assistant position in our purchasing department.
• Responsible for the data entry and interface of special-order products.
• Verify order acknowledgments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
• Verify industry terminology and specifications of non-stock purchase orders.
• Research open orders that are unacknowledged.
• Scanning completed orders.
• Prepare files and provide administrative assistance as needed.
• Demonstrate collaborative and cross-functional support within the department.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
• Strong math and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills with an ability to learn our software system.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
Position is based in our corporate office: 640 Alexandria Pike, Ft. Thomas, KY 41075
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00a – 4:00p
