Over the past week, supply chain issues and reduced availability of raw materials have forced our suppliers to announce dramatic and immediate changes to their pricing and delivery terms. Please review the information below for details on how this may impact your business.
• Price increases will be effective on all new orders for vinyl siding & accessories, aluminum siding, soffit and gutter products beginning Monday, March 29th.
• Despite the immediate implementation of this increase, Marsh will honor current pricing for ORDERS PLACED AND ENTERED at our branches on or before March 26, 2021. • We have been placed on volume allocations for all vinyl & aluminum siding and accessories, as well as gutter coil and gutter accessories. We expect this to continue for several months with limited availability and extended lead times for these products. At times, we may need to limit the quantity of material we can provide. Mastic/Ply Gem has paused the production of some vinyl panels and colors. Please check with your Marsh sales representatives for additional information on product and color availability. Since the supply issues extend well beyond construction to virtually all industries that use plastics, wood, or metal in their products, we anticipate supply challenges and material cost increases to continue for the foreseeable future. We urge all our customers to plan accordingly. Marsh will communicate any new information as soon as it is available.
